Frequently Asked Questions

Am I insured?

Possibly yes  depending on the site you advertise on, some of the major sites offer insurance cover in the case of damage (eg Airbnb host guarantee: www.airbnb.co.uk/guarantee), We  do strongly advise you to read the terms to understand what is and is not covered. We also advise you take out home and content protection insurance and inform them that you are renting out your property for short term holiday let.

What happens if something is damaged?

After each stay we check the property and notify you if there has been any damage. We would recommend taking a deposit to help with compensation and having a suitable insurance policy to provide an additional level of cover. We can provide experienced tradesman to fix and maintain your property should there be any damage.

Can I block dates for my property?

Of course you can block out any periods you want to when you do not want the property available for rent, just get in touch and we can block the dates for you.
