The business idea developed after Izzy had spent nearly a year managing a couple of properties for me alongside her proper job. Izzy realised there was no one else out there offering a service with the attention to detail that she was used to providing for all my guests and wanted to develop this further. With the ever-increasing demand for short term rental properties and the requirements of property owners wanting an extremely professional service the business began.
We both really enjoy dealing with people from different parts of the world and providing them with an enjoyable stay. We are delighted that many of our guests return and together we have built up excellent reviews from guests on all the booking platforms we use.
Izzy has a flair for interior design and enjoys making the homes sparkle for each guest. I am responsible for the admin side of the business and most of the guest communication.
Although relatively new to this business we have a wealth of local knowledge and business experience to ensure the success of this new business. With experience of handling properties, guests and those last-minute emergencies from lost keys to a spider infestation and providing birthday balloons and banners for special occasions we can handle it all.
Our aim is to provide an excellent hassle-free solution for both guest and owner alike and with our local knowledge be on hand to provide extra help information and assistance when required.
