The space
Avonbank is a top floor apartment adjacent to the canal. The apartment has been decorated and furnished to a high standard with a modern feel. It would be ideal for either couples or families alike. If you are looking for a convenient place to stay that is more than just a room then Avonbank would be ideal.
The apartment comprises of a modern spacious lounge area with large open plan kitchen/dining area. The kitchen has everything you would need from a holiday home – American style fridge freezer, cooker, gas hob with extractor, dishwasher, washer dryer and cooking equipment and utensils. The basics are provided for your arrival tea, coffee, milk etc. There is a modern dining table which seats 4 people comfortably and can extend to seat 6 with the additional 2 folding chairs.
The lounge is modern and light with a sofa bed and chair with a selection of throws to use. There is a smart TV with WiFi.
The master bedroom has a very modern feel with a luxury king size bed, triple wardrobe and smart TV. The en suite has a shower and is handy if there are more than two guests staying as you can have the use of your own shower room.
The second bedroom is also modern with a luxury double size bed, double wardrobe and smart TV.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower above. Towels are provided as well as shower gel, shampoo and toilet roll.
Heating and instant hot water are provided.
The apartment is no smoking as is the whole apartment block and sadly pets are not allowed.
Guest access
The apartment has a key safe and so you can check in anytime after 3pm and then come and go as you please. Don’t forget to leave the key and parking pass when you check out.
Other things to note
Check in time is anytime after 3pm and check out time is 11.00 am. Depending on availability these times may be flexible but must be agreed in advance. Parking for one vehicle is available at the apartment until check out time where a pass must be displayed. Please remember to leave the pass in the apartment. Should you need to park for longer to enjoy Stratford then there are ample public car parks close by. There is no lift and there are three flights of stairs to get to the apartment.
